Tablescape Tuesday – Nativity   27 comments

Merry Christmas everyone!  Today I would like to share my Nativity tablescape with you.

december-6

When our family gets together at Christmas Eve,  we read the Christmas story from Luke 2 in the Bible.  That reading is the inspiration for this tablescape.

The nativity set is a Lenox look alike that I received as a Christmas present from my work about 20 years ago. The black “table cloth” is actually a long piece of black tulle I am borrowing from my sister that I folded together to make a table cloth.  I have a white table cloth underneath to soften the black tone.  I purchased the dessert plates at Fred Meyer.  The white plates are Wedgewood that I picked up at Goodwill for a song of a deal.  I bought the candle wreaths at Michaels and the wine glasses were a wedding gift.

MAY YOU ALL BE TRULY BLESSED THIS CHRISTMAS SEASON!
