Since I am still in de-clutter mode, I decided to post a very simple tablescape this week. 

It has been a little chilly here in Washington, so sit right down and I will serve you a nice hot bowl of  this cauliflower soup I have been wanting to try!  These bowls are some of my recent Goodwill finds.  They are Bohemia Czechoslovakian.  I just loved the pattern!  The dinner plate is from Fred Meyer and the chargers, tablecloth and table runner are from Goodwill. 

I just realized that there are no napkins on my table 🙂  – I guess I will be serving those with the soup!

Happy Blue Monday everyone and Happy MLK day as well.  For Blue Monday this week, I want to share my perscription with you…

 

These lovely blue items are saving my back and neck from further damage!  I am losing the curve in my neck and my lower back.  My chiropractor is helping me get my curves back with the assistance of these little wonders!  The posture pump is for my neck.  The ball helps both my neck and my back.  I am seeing and feeling the results of using these items daily.  Hope you have a pain free Monday!
