Happy Blue Monday! Have you ever wondered how bands get their instruments on airplanes and to their destination safely?
Here’s how it’s done….

I would not want to be the baggage handler on this flight!

It is time for another round of Metamorphosis Monday and this week I would like to show you my breakfast nook. Here’s the before picture:

Now, never mind that there is a bee catcher in the first photo! This is the only before shot I had since I forgot to take a picture!
I decided to change my birdhouse theme, which was taking over every corner of my house, and go with a rooster/hen theme in the breakfast nook. Here’s the after…

The majority of the decorative items in my breakfast nook came from my new favorite store the Cranberry Cottage. I always find just the right item there! Now, for more Met Monday posts, click on the cute button above and head on over to Susan’s!

Rise in the Strength of God
Rise in the strength of God,
And face life’s uphill way,
The steps which other feet have trod
You tread today.
Press onward, upward still,
To win your way at last,
With better hope and stronger will
Than in the past.
Life’s work more nobly wrought,
Life’s race more bravely run,
Life’s daily conflict faced and fought,
Life’s duty done.

Happy Tablescape Thursday everyone. Today I am showing you my new cherry plates that I purchased at Fred Meyer a couple of weeks ago. I redid my breakfast nook area and these dishes fit my new theme. I decided to do a rooster/hen theme in the breakfast nook but that is a different post altogether!
The centerpiece I just got at my favorite shop the Cranberry Cottage! Oh did I have fun on Monday shopping there!!
Have a great weekend everyone! Head on over to Susan’s for more Tablescapes by clicking the button above.
